What is SSC MTS Exam?

The SSC MTS (Multi Tasking Staff) exam is a competitive exam for the selection as an Employee in various ministries, departments and offices of the Govt of India, including the Havaldar in CBIC (Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs) and CBN (Central Bureau of Narcotics).

The qualification required for SSC MTS exam is Matric Pass (10th Class). Any Indian citizen (male & female) with this qualification can apply for SSC MTS and Havaldar Exam. SSC MTS Exam is conducted once a year by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC).
