The Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM) is a national-level entrance examination for the aspirants seeking admission into courses such as M.Sc, M.Sc (Tech), MS (Research), MSc-M.Tech Dual Degree, Joint MSc-PhD and MSc-PhD Dual Degree offered by various participating institutes of IIT JAM 2025 – IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Patna, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Bhubaneswar, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Roorkee, IIT Kanpur, etc.
Candidates seeking admission to select Postgraduate Programmes for the academic year 2025 must appear in JAM 2025 Examination. There is no age restriction. IIT Delhi is going to be the organizing institute of the JAM 2025 entrance exam.
The online registration for the JAM 2025 has been started on 03 September 2024. Candidates who wish to take the exam must apply online at the official website jam2025.iitd.ac.in. The last date for JAM Registration is 11 October 2024.
JAM 2025 will be a computer-based test consisting of seven papers- Biotechnology (BL), Chemistry (CY), Economics (EN), Geology (GG), Mathematics (MA), Mathematical Statistics (MS), and Physics (PH).

IIT JAM 2025 Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Both Indian and Foreign national can apply for IIT JAM 2025.
- Qualifying Exam: Candidates applying for JAM 2025 should hold bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with Minimum Educational Qualifications (MEQs) from any recognized University. Applicants appearing in the final examination of bachelors degree can also apply for the JAM Exam 2025.
- Age Limit: There is no age limit to apply.

Applicants can complete the IIT JAM Registration 2025 in the following ways:
- Visit the IIT JAM 2025 official website https://jam2025.iitd.ac.in
- Then click on JAM 2025 application portal [https://joaps.iitd.ac.in/]
- Candidates must first register on the website by providing information such as their Name, Email id, Phone no. and Password.
- Following successful IIT JAM 2025 registration, applicants will be provided an enrollment ID and an OTP.
- Fill out the application form with personal, academic and address information.
- Upload the scanned photo, signature and other documents like certificate (for OBC-NCL / EWS / SC / ST / PwD)
- Pay the application fee through online payment options.
- Save the application form as a PDF or print it for future reference.
