- HSLC/HS Admit/Marksheet/Pass Certificate as a proof of age.
- Bachelor Degree (All Semester) Marksheet and Pass Certificate.
- Post Graduate Degree/Diploma Marksheet (All Semester) and Pass Certificate.
- CGPA Conversion Formula of the respective Universities.
- Permanent Residential Certificate/Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
- State Government Employment of Assam must submit No Objection Certificate from their respective employer or Permanent Residential Certificate/Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
- Caste/PwBD Certificate/BPL Card.
- Any other documents that may be relevant for their candidate.
