NCSC for SC/ST, Guwahati, is organizing 06 free training programmes for SC/ST job seekers for a period of 1 year under the Directorate General of Employment, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Govt of India. A monthly stipend of Rs.1000/- will also be provided to the candidates undergoing training.

The training of 1 year duration will be imparted on the following programmes:- (1) Special Coaching (2) O-level Software training (3) O-Level Computer Hardware Maintenance (4) Office Automation, Accounting and Publishing Assistant (5) Computer Application and Accounting Associate and (6) Cyber Secured Web Development Associate Programme. 

The training schemes are likely to commence from 01/07/2024 at various National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) centres located at Guwahati, Dibrugarh, Jorhat, Kokrajhar, and Silchar. The last date for the submission of applications is 15/06/2024.

Eligibility Criteria

National Career Service Centre (NCSC) for SC/STs is offering the following courses for FREE of cost for SC/STs candidates at various locations. During the course period the candidates is entitled for stipend of Rs.1000/- per month.

The details of eligibility criteria for training programme is as given below:-

• Qualification: 10+2 pass for all the course
• Family Income: Rs. 3 Lakh per annum

How to Apply for NCSC Free Computer Course for SC/ST Students?

The applicants should be registered on Employment Exchange as well as on the National Career Service portal at – www.ncs.gov.in or www.dge.gov.in. The candidates may also visit the office of the NCSC for SC/ST in Guwahati. Last Date for submission of application for NCSC for SC/ST is 15/06/2024.
